Decorated with romantic garden florals that create an all-over, organic layout in a whimsical flower artwork. Made from soft chiffon fabric with elasticated smocking for comfort and style. The smocking is beautifully embroidered adding vintage-inspired detail, and signature Needle & Thread frills adorn this style adding romantic texture. We recommend pairing this top with our matching skirt to complete the look.
