The Rose Chiffon Tiered Cape Kids Dress in Moonshine/Pink. This dress features an antique-inspired print of large rose blooms and trailing florals, taken from early 1900s hand-painted artwork. The playful cape is adorned with frills, while Needle & Thread frills decorate the neckline. With a loose-fit silhouette and frothy chiffon frills on the tiered skirt, it’s perfect for twirling in comfort.
