This season, Needle & Thread takes inspiration from a collection of intimate messages, poems and drawings found in an antique autograph book from the early 1900’s. The pastel-coloured pages and delicate sketches found within were the basis for the collection’s vintage colour palette – creamy pebble, powder pink, gleaming silver, periwinkle mauve and cool ivory are the star hues. Signature bow details, intricate florals and exquisitely embroidered sequins translated on ethereal chiffon and tulle, bring high octane glamour to existing and new silhouettes. |
