Each sequin features a special high-shine, gloss finish, achieved through an exclusive foil coating for an extra-lustrous effect. The shirred bodice offers a flattering, flexible fit, complemented by short puff sleeves finished with delicate tulle frill cuffs. Signature Needle & Thread ruffles adorn the neckline, shoulders, and waist, adding romantic texture and dimension throughout.
