The Peony Promise Chiffon Off-Shoulder Tiered Micro Mini Dress in Moonshine. This mini dress is printed beautifully with hand-painted sunset pink peonies. Developed with a soft, elasticated off-shoulder design to create a relaxed yet whimsical look. Beautifully crafted in soft chiffon and decorated with ruffles for signature Needle & Thread detailing. The silhouette is loose with a self-fabric belt for versatile styling, creating an effortless feel. Pair with your favourite sandals or dress up with heels - the outfit options are endless.
