Designed with contrast-colour frills and signature Needle & Thread touches at the neckline, waist, and shoulders adds whimsical charm. Finished with soft, layered tulle sleeves and fully lined in gentle cotton voile for all-day comfort. Complete with coordinating cotton dobby bloomers, edged in delicate frills.
