Delivery Options and Details

Orders placed over the weekend after 2:30 pm on Friday will be sent out on the following Monday, or the next working day in the case of Bank Holidays (please kindly note we do not deliver or dispatch on UK Bank Holidays).

Transit times and charges will depend on your destination. Please see the checkout for delivery times and shipping fees for your country. 

In some countries, there may be an additional customs tax that will need to be paid by the recipient when receiving an item from the UK. These charges will be displayed at checkout. Please note any duties/taxes/clearance fees paid are non-refundable.

Delivery Information

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation and tracking number. Whilst we endeavour to despatch your Needle & Thread purchase to you as soon as possible, we can only do this once our payment gateway, Shopify Payments, have approved the payment. If for any reason your payment is rejected or not authorised then we will contact you via email to process the payment. 

Please note we do not offer safe space delivery, orders do not require signature however it is important to be available at time of delivery. Please have your order delivered to a place and at a time where you will be available to successfully receive.  Alternatively, once tracking has been sent, you can select a more suitable delivery date by contacting the carrier directly.
