The Leila Dot V-Neck Cape Ankle Gown in Parchment is embellished with shimmering clustered dot motifs for a sparkling effect. This elegant V-neck gown features slim sleeves and signature Needle & Thread tulle frills at the neckline and armholes. The skirt, crafted from layers of net and tulle, finishes with a sweeping hemline. A captivating design.
