This eye catching piece is crafted from delicate ruffled tulle with an all over vintage print taken from an early 1900's hand painted fabric design. A romantic look featuring voluminous cuffed sleeves and a flattering skirt that skims the body to gently increase in fullness, creating stunning movement within the tulle.
