The Padour Garden Chiffon Smocked Baby Dress in Moonshine. Inspired by the luxurious wall coverings of the Palace of Versailles, this dress features hand-painted floral bouquets and trailing ditsy motifs. The smocked waistband with diamond embroidery adds elegant detail, while the soft chiffon fabric is finished with signature Needle & Thread frills. A gathered skirt with a topstitched ruffle creates a graceful silhouette, lined in cotton voile for comfort. Complete with delicate cotton dobby bloomers, edged with frills.
