International Shipping
Orders placed over the weekend after 2:30 pm on Friday will be sent out on the following Monday, or the next working day in the case of Bank Holidays (please kindly note we do not deliver or dispatch on UK Bank Holidays).
Transit times and charges will depend on your destination. Please see the checkout for delivery times and shipping fees for your country. Please note all international orders require 2 working days to be processed before dispatch.
In some countries, there may be an additional customs tax that will need to be paid by the recipient when receiving an item from the UK. These charges will be displayed at checkout.
Delivery Information
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation and tracking number. Whilst we endeavour to despatch your Needle & Thread purchase to you as soon as possible, we can only do this once our payment gateway, Shopify Payments, have approved the payment. If for any reason your payment is rejected or not authorised then we will contact you via email to process the payment.
Please note deliveries no longer require a signature. Parcels will be left in a safe space if no one is available to receive the delivery. Alternatively, once tracking has been sent, you can select a more suitable delivery date by contacting the carrier directly.
