PRE ORDER TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1.1 WHAT THESE TERMS COVER.
These are the terms and conditions on which we supply pre ordered products to you.
- PROVIDING THE PRODUCTS
2.1. AVAILABILITY & DELIVERY DATES
Pre-orders are made available on selected product lines throughout the year. When pre-ordering an item we will display the expected date of delivery (the date we expect Needle & Thread to receive the item) on the Product Page as well as on the Order confirmation. This date is not a guaranteed date of receipt by Needle & Thread and is subject to change without notice. We will endeavour to inform you of any delays to this date by email.
2.2. WHEN WE WILL PROVIDE THE PRODUCTS.
Once product is received by Needle & Thread we will process the stock (normally within 24 hours) and despatch to you based upon the shipping option you selected at checkout (which is confirmed on your initial order confirmation).
- PRICE AND PAYMENT
3.1 WHEN YOU MUST PAY AND HOW YOU MUST PAY.
3.1.1 For all pre-orders we take payment on the day of receipt of your order.
3.1.2 To pay with Klarna (or any other available delayed payment provider) please ensure to select this option at checkout. The payment terms of these options are those provided by the third - party providers.
- HOW TO END THE CONTRACT WITH US
TELL US YOU WANT TO END THE CONTRACT.
To end the contract with us, please call customer care on 020 7043 1690 or email us at customercare@needleandthread.com. Please provide your name, home address, details of the order and, where available, your phone number and email address.
4.1 CANCELLING YOUR PRE ORDER
You are able to cancel the pre-order at any point up until the time it is shipped by contacting Customer Care
4.2 RETURNING YOUR PRE ORDER
Once the item has been sent to your specified delivery address you can return the item for a full refund of the product value within 28 days as per clause 8 in our standard terms and conditions.
4.3 WHEN YOUR REFUND WILL BE MADE.
We will make any refunds due to you as soon as possible. If you are exercising your right to change your mind then your refund will be made within 14 days from the day on which we receive the product back from you or, if earlier, the day on which you provide us with evidence that you have sent the product back to us.
