NEW SEASON. The Libby Lace Baby Dress in Cream. This pretty design features soft zig-zag tulle frills, delicate lace trims, and layers of signature tulle for a frothy, playful effect. Designed with whimsical frill sleeves and tulle accents on the neckline and shoulders add a charming touch. Lined in soft cotton voile for comfort, the set includes matching cotton dobby bloomers with frilled edges. Perfect for a special occasion, christening, or flower girl moment.
