Crafted with enchanting frill sleeves finished with soft ruffles, while the gently gathered skirt is trimmed with playful frills for added volume. Designed with signature Needle & Thread frills adorn the neckline, bodice, and shoulders. Lined in soft cotton voile for comfort, the set is completed with matching cotton dobby bloomers, delicately edged with frills. Perfect for a special occasion, christening, or flower girl moment.
