我们的退货政策

在Needle & Thread，我们不断努力为在线购物的顾客提供最好的服务。然而，万一您对我们的产品不完全满意，您可以在交货后14天内退回您的物品，并要求退款。 14天内退货。

Customers are responsible for ensuring that only Needle & Thread items are returned to us. Please carefully check your return before sending it back.

If we receive items that do not belong to Needle & Thread:

• A return handling fee may apply.
• Items that are not claimed or cannot be returned to the correct sender may be disposed of.

To avoid any issues or delays in processing your return, please double-check that the items you are sending back are correct and match your original Needle & Thread order.

Please try items on with care. If you decide to return something, please ensure that it is in perfect condition. This means that it must be clean (no deodorant marks, perfume, fake tan, or make-up stains), unworn and unwashed. Hygiene stickers should not be removed. The items should be free from human hair and pet hair as well as dust and debris. Items returned to us in a non-saleable condition, will not be refunded and will be sent back to you.

Please note, items that are sold as a set, including 2 or more pieces, must be returned together. Please ensure that correct sizes are matched if more than one size has been ordered. Items that are not returned in full or are not correctly sized will not be refunded. 

In the interests of both health and hygiene, returns will not be accepted if hygiene stickers have been removed on bodysuit styles.

珠宝

我们的国际退货流程

请按照以下步骤进行退货。

2. Enter your order ID. This is your order number starting either #IN or #ME

5.选择你的退货方式。你将有两个选择，详见下文。选择你的首选方案。选择 "下一步"。

标准回报

选择这个选项，创建一个退货标签，用你选择的托运人寄回退货的货物。你将承担这次退货 运输的全部费用 。

请注意，客户应使用安全和可靠的方法进行私人退货，因为我们不对退货运输过程中的任何损失或损坏负责。

特快预付退货

选择此选项创建一个退货标签，并使用我们的统一费率折扣率通过DHL寄回退货。该费率将在门户网站上显示。

选择此选项即表示您同意Needle & Thread从您的退款中扣除退货费用。

请注意，退货标签只对一个包裹有效。

一旦我们的仓库收到这封信，只要通过我们的质量检查，就会在10个工作日内处理退款。
